Hyatt Centric The Woodlands is an excellent well-maintained stay for many — a modern spotless extremely comfortable room, a central convenient location, and incredibly friendly professional staff whose kindness made guests feel truly welcomed. Caveats though: one guest calls the beds and pillows terrible — like sinking into an air mattress; a smaller-than-expected quiet-room request still woke guests to a seven-thirty leaf blower and eight o'clock housekeeping-room noise on both mornings; the restaurant food was just average; and another stay noted super high room humidity where raising the cooling a degree flipped the heat on, plus ripped carpet in one room needing replacement.
