“Hyatt House Dulles' clean suites, quirks”
Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport North is a beautiful, well-lit Dulles hotel — gorgeous super clean rooms with plentiful towels, quality toiletries and useful amenities, a prime spot ten minutes from IAD, a delightful bartender, extremely friendly desk staff who gave a 1pm key for a 3pm check-in plus a high-floor view, and a plentiful breakfast. The complaints: the pool was closed, gym kit was thin, and breakfast ran lackluster and simple — cleared before hours ended; no bar or food on weekends; an AC so loud earplugs were needed; an unexplained 82-dollar morning charge the desk couldn't clarify; a wrong booking photo (Trip fixed it); a parking fee surprise — comped after joining the rewards program; and kitchens lack cooking basics.
