“Hyatt Lubbock's split”

Hyatt Place Lubbock divides reviewers — fans found a very clean upscale hotel with a great varied breakfast (French toast, bacon, sausage, cereal and toast), warm welcoming helpful accommodating staff who checked one exhausted arrival in at eight a.m., and plan to stay every home visit. Caveats though: two severe dissenters report an oversold hotel — one paid-nonrefundable party got no room and no refund, another's reserved two-queen went unkept so someone slept on the floor; the powdered eggs drew a nit too.

Rooms: Comfortable rooms for the guests on stays.
Service: Friendly staff for the guests on stays.
Location: A convenient location for the guests here.
Food: A varied breakfast; an egg nit though.
Facilities: Well kept facilities for the guests here.
Value: Fine value for the guests on stays.
