Near the train station and metro — the centre, Thames and sights all easy — Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is an amazing high-standard stay: a spotless clean comfortable modern room, a comfortable bed, a very good rich-choice breakfast, warm staff and smooth check-in and out, recommended for tourism or business, and standard rooms carry London's typical compactness. A serious pan though: a repeat guest found a cold front desk, a towel stuck with something dark, urine stains under the toilet seat and discriminatory behaviour from a door guard, a very bad experience they won't repeat.
