Practical for Disney Springs with beautiful landscaped grounds, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is a split stay: a large well-soundproofed two-room suite and rich kid-pleasing facilities with a warm pool for some, a nice front-desker noted. Serious complaints though: a mouldy-smelling end-of-corridor second-floor room swapped only after paying for an upgrade, old Holiday-Inn-level decor for another, very average breakfast, expensive parking, a slightly-noisy night floor and slow restaurant service amid few guests — two won't-rebook verdicts.
