“Convention-adjacent Orlando tower, lift queues”
Hyatt Regency Orlando is a beautiful, quiet convention-area hotel — a solid off-property base for Disney and Universal (rideshares under thirty minutes), satisfying rooms, nice staff, a 24-hour mart and a big in-room fridge. Service stumbles: a reluctant front desk botched one check-in, a hairy tub triggered a self-service room swap under staffing strain, elevators queue fifteen-plus minutes at morning checkout, Starbucks lines are long, and there's no kettle.
