Hyatt Regency Mexico City is a perfect very good stay — a great safe location walking distance to many restaurants and sights, a nice view from the room, a clean room with a very comfortable bed, an excellent varied breakfast, and smooth accommodating friendly service from check-in through most of checkout; worth the cost. Caveats though: checkout-day staff were described as unfriendly and very rude, and the complaint raised at reception stayed unresolved.
