On a good Santa Fe location — a convenience store below and a mall a couple of kilometres — Hyatt House Mexico City Santa Fe is a good stay for many: friendly attentive responsive staff, a very good complete daily-varied breakfast buffet, a clean spacious good-view room with fridge and microwave and convenient transport. Serious complaints though: one guest got a normal room for a booked suite , refund refused, the area far , another found dirty bathroom towels, and the fitness room runs too cold.
