“Hyatt Nha Trang's clean stay”
Hyatt Regency Nha Trang is a newer spotlessly-clean Nha Trang hotel — very comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts, a nice pool (windy and cold by afternoon — mornings recommended), a superb location near the market, kind staff, and a generous four-o'clock checkout extension. A severe dissent though: a dawn fire alarm ran thirty minutes with no staff guidance — elevators stopped, guests self-evacuated down nineteen floors via the stairs, and no explanation or apology ever came — unworthy of a five-star chain in that guest's view.
