“Hyatt Portland's billing saga”
Hyatt Regency Portland offers a very good location near the convention centre with safe parking, convenient transport, rooms facing the venue, and good service. Caveats though: a severe report describes repeated mistaken credit-card charges and bills requiring proactive refunds; an advertised pool does not actually exist; parking is across the street; the bathroom has no door with weak sink and shower flow; and a very late check-in drew a no-show fee of half the room rate.
