“Hyatt Pune's loyal following”
Hyatt Pune is a clean calm well-connected hotel good for business and leisure — nice rooms, a great bar and pool, super good food and breakfast, and friendly attentive staff from the desk to the hallways (a Saturday bartender and the breakfast and spa teams praised by a third-year group). One caveat: a guest's pre-sent occasion request was never read or answered, and a prepaid stay was re-requested for payment three times.
