“Stylish Prague Andaz, service thins”
Andaz Prague is a stylish, well-thought-out Hyatt between the old and new towns — a tram at the door, neat clean rooms with fun interiors, warm welcome drinks, and staff who showed real care when a guest fell ill. Service depth is the caveat: the concierge is understaffed, a ten-night guest was refused late checkout, the view supplement bought little extra view, TV casting failed, and a steep nightly room deposit applies even to prepaid stays.
