“Hyatt Place Rapid City's roomy stay”
Hyatt Place Rapid City/Downtown is a new well-appointed downtown hotel — great spacious rooms, a decent included continental breakfast with wonderful breakfast staff, a good evening menu, and handy drives to the airport, Devils Tower and Custer. Heavy caveats though: housekeeping is every-other-day and often skipped anyway (once in five nights, trash only), a check-in wait hit two hours before a one-bed upgrade was fixed, a shower did not drain, hair sat in one bed, amenities ran empty, the coffee is dubbed the worst anywhere, and accessible rooms sit far from lifts.
