The Carolina Inn is a lovely five-star stay — an elegant warm historic Southern building that relaxes from the lobby, clean tidy exquisitely-decorated rooms with comfortable bedding, soft lighting and high-quality toiletries, timely cleaning, an on-campus spot convenient for UNC orientation and Franklin Street, a fresh-ingredient breakfast one guest calls the trip's best food memory, and warm professional impeccable service throughout.
