Grand Hyatt Seattle is a clean spacious business-feel hotel in a very central downtown spot — good-size rooms with enjoyed style and furnishings, a big lobby with quick check-in, tasty room-service dinner, Starbucks and a hotpot restaurant steps away, and Pike Place minutes on foot; staff drew amazing-to-good marks. Two flags: one guest found service very limited, and another cited unfriendly reception, no hamburgers after ten despite an eleven-pm close, and garbage bags stinking up an elevator foyer — never again.
