“Kelowna's family pool”
Hyatt Place Kelowna is an overall-ok good stay — a clean quiet big room, a great location that is easy to miss at the intersection so slow down, an indoor pool the kids loved, a hot tub, an amazing breakfast, good underground parking needing a desk code for a small keypad, and friendly staff; recommended for families. Caveats though: peak-season rates run high, friendliness varied between employees, a small check-in issue needed the booking agent to resolve, and a severe note reports bites in first room 334.
