“Houston's intercontinental stay”

On a good business-friendly location, InterContinental Hotels Houston by IHG is a very good comfortable stay for many: a very good front desk, clean rooms, professional management and steady rates even when a World Cup team stayed. Serious dissents though: an unreturned deposit, a broken door lock on a late arrival, a long wait for a swap that downgraded a suite to a standard room while staff insisted they matched, an oily-smoke restaurant at dinner peak and no complimentary water.

Rooms: Clean amid the lock dissent on most stays.
Service: Amid the unresolved dissents noted on most stays.
Location: Good for business guests here on most stays.
Food: Amid the restaurant dissent noted on most stays.
Facilities: Amid the lock dissent noted on most stays.
Value: Mixed amid the deposit dissent on most stays.
Cleanliness: Clean for guests on most stays.
