“Cancun's royalton splash”

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort earns amazing-time marks for many families: a kid-loved waterpark setting, beautiful design and grounds once service followed and a praised guest-relations host who pre-arranged rooms and upgrades on a second stay. Dissents though carry severe weight: a prepaid booking the desk called unpaid — a long standoff demanding re-payment — a denied-then-admitted double check-in met with pressure not to complain, unreachable a-la-carte dining without a butler, never-delivered slippers, a dirty ignored balcony, zero soundproofing with pre-seven carts and hidden-fee feelings.
