In a superb spot with a wonderful pool and a lovely roof bar, Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road by IHG delivers the brand's classic individual style: a very clean stay where everyone from door to reception, engineering and housekeeping was amazing, an upgrade to a balcony room and a refined varied breakfast. Serious complaints though: one guest's booking went missing at check-in until the booking platform rebooked and covered the difference, and another found the location inconvenient, used spoons left unwashed, tea unrefilled, toilet traces and toothpaste stains, a near-unopenable balcony door and weak value — praising only the lobby staff.
