Hotel Indigo Chattanooga - Downtown is a great clean stay — a thoughtfully-designed two-year-old property rarely matched at its tier, a very clean facility and room, an easy valet, a nice outdoor hangout with a small putting green plus a hybrid bar, friendly welcoming staff including a very helpful desk lady, and a delicious brunch where the chef's omelets, perfectly-poached avocado toast and fluffy lemon-ricotta pancakes stood out. Caveats though: a dissent reports air conditioners with covers that keep rooms from ever cooling, an automatic valet charge for a service never used (refunded once caught), and dimly-lit rooms.
