Hotel Indigo Minneapolis Downtown is a nice perfect stay — a modern retro-renovated hotel connected to the skyway walking system linking downtown buildings, so cold, hot or rainy days do not matter, plus refreshing lemon water on a super hot day, a super friendly host, and what one guest calls the most comfortable bed they have slept in. Caveats though: after a flight delay cost a first night, the desk suggested pursuing a booking-site refund but then declined to issue the needed document, leaving an hour-plus check-in and a confused guest.
