“City Cancun base, beach-club shuttle”
Krystal Urban Cancun sits conveniently downtown near the Americas mall, restaurants and a night market — a clean beautiful pool, good rooms with comfortable beds, a relatively short airport ride, and a shuttle to the sister hotel's great beach club (mornings out, afternoon pickups; book very early as it fills). Reception service is the weak link: a horrible check-in, booking-error inconsistencies, a fridge never supplied, a downgrade without refund, and nonsensical restrictions; one guest called it old and not very clean.
