Kimpton Shane Hotel by IHG is a modern pleasant stay — a nice hotel with great rooms and amenities, clean tidy quarters, daily housekeeping, nice toiletries replaced as needed, a good first-floor restaurant, and plenty of room-service options that make it a decent staycation. Caveats though: service is the main concern for one guest — staff including the downstairs Hartley team could be much friendlier, which matters most to a hotel experience; and the beds were not comfortable at all for another.
