“Stylish five-star with standout staff”
Kimpton BEM Budapest by IHG, a five-star hotel that opened in 2024, earns consistent praise for its staff, whom guests describe as warm and attentive enough to remember breakfast preferences on a second morning, and for its stylish lobby and interiors. Several guests single out the Parliament building views from right outside the hotel. The main criticism is room size: a number of reviewers found rooms and beds small, with dark décor that can feel cramped, and one noticed a new-building smell.
