An easy stroll from the Loop and the big malls with a Starbucks downstairs and an always-ready valet, Kimpton Gray Hotel by IHG is a very clean better-than-expected stay: a big room, nice atmosphere, well-received check-in, amazing staff and a soaking tub that's a great romantic touch — one guest switched loyalty from the Sheraton.
