“Chelsea's kimpton eventi”
A block from the station and minutes from Times Square, Kimpton Hotel Eventi by IHG is a loved great-location stay for many: a great room and view, friendly helpful staff, a business-suited setup and helpful doormen. Serious dissents though: severe billing complaints — a pre-authorization plus two further charges, one still unrefunded a week after checkout — an elevator-adjacent small room that could not fit two suitcases, in-room water charged, an erroneous drink charge at checkout, taxes beyond the booked amount and scant amenities.
