Like-new rooms have lovely baths, wet-dry layouts and comfortable beds; good room service and afternoon turndown add polish. Two notes: one room faced a dilapidated neighboring building rather than the wheel, and check-in felt cold once — a three o'clock line enforced until a manager relented.
