“Mall-linked Kempinski, slow extras”
Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai is called one of the world's best — clean, luxurious, with Dubai's best location: the room-to-mall walk took six minutes, a real plus in the heat. Staff are helpful: a free upgrade was granted once and a graduation prompted a complimentary cake without hesitation. One loyal guest's trip was soured, though: a confirmed extra bed for three adults arrived only late and after repeated requests, room amenities were stocked for one person, and orders took ages.
