“Kempinski Hangzhou's warm names”
Kempinski Hotel Hangzhou is an excellent warm stay — a strongly-designed room with quality decor, easy lighting controls and bedding so comfortable guests did not want to get up; tasty varied dining across the lobby lounge, Chinese restaurant and all-day restaurant; a beautiful environment with a metro station shortly outside; and standout staff: Catherine in the red uniform gave patient thoughtful skilled service across multiple stays, and all-day-dining server Liu Qiuling diligently cleared plates and patiently helped order side dishes. Guests will keep choosing it in Hangzhou.
