“Kempinski Soma Bay's private beach”
Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay is a comfortable, safe Soma Bay resort — a double-gated private setting with a comfy private beach and many water activities, a shuttle cart to the snorkeling pier, excellent diving, a great spa, rich breakfast-and-dinner buffets with good desserts, honeymoon decorations and cake, a Chinese-speaking receptionist plus Chinese guides, late-arrival dinners and early-departure breakfasts packed on request, and friendly service — a free upgrade included. The knocks: slightly dated rooms (book floor two or higher for views), extreme remoteness, and a western-heavy menu one guest couldn't enjoy.
