Is Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains St. Moritz good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 7 public guest reviews
“Kempinski's split verdict”
Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains St. Moritz is a wonderful nice stay for most — a gorgeous exterior and beautiful lobby, all-new interiors after a renewal, really nice recently-renovated rooms with a super comfortable mattress, a best-rated breakfast, a music bar just outside for evenings, walking access to the lifts, town and lakes, quick-to-respond staff with concierge who solved nearly any question, and exceptional professionalism from Petra, Jasmine and Rachid on an unforgettable group stay. Caveats though: one guest found the rooms outdated and cramped — a seven-out-of-ten beside a ten-out-of-ten Zurich benchmark that did not meet expectations.
