“Lima's arte hotel”
A great budget pick for many, Arte Hotel Lima offers: a comfortable everything-needed stay, especially-good staff giving a home feel, a good-value downstairs cafe, a big clean room, a great location and supermarkets nearby for fruit. Dissents though: severe wear reports — very old facilities, not-quite clean spaces and manual elevator doors — plus an average breakfast at an extra charge.
