“Charming downtown Lisbon base, one smelly room”
Hotel Santa Justa is a charming, very central Lisbon hotel that guests love: helpful, informative and welcoming staff, clean rooms, a safe-feeling area day and night with characterful small shops, walkable access to all the attractions, and unlimited refills of fridge drinks. Breakfast is called delicious by most. Two specific complaints stand out: room 501 arrived smelling strongly of frying oil — staff moved the guests, but felt the room should never have been assigned — and one reviewer found breakfast not worth its supplement and the team not professional enough.
