“Hotel Barajas' transit”
Clement Barajas is a literally-perfect transit stay — a superb location close to the airport for early flights, a clean room, perfect amenities for some, genuinely-helpful staff who re-opened a room so a guest could retrieve a passport, an amazing meal with wine still served at eleven pm, easy city-centre access, and great customer care; recommended for a Madrid transit. Caveats though: a basic room lacked glasses, a kettle and any way to make coffee — effectively a bed and shower.
