“Palma's rooftop stay”
Ten minutes from the old town with a supermarket and bus stop close in a lived-in neighbourhood, JS Palma Plaza is a nothing-to-complain hundred-point stay: a nice clean characteristic room, a decent gym and smallish pool, a great rooftop view, good-value good dining locals come for and a very good kind front desk. Notes: a city tax applies on arrival, no water, slippers or toothbrush are provided, only a duvet cover dresses the bed — ask for a blanket if cold — pillows and bed run soft, and one guest reported a day with no cleaning plus a next-day clean that still skipped the towel change.
