Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mexico City is a beautifully-designed calm Polanco boutique — clean thoughtfully-detailed rooms with a great minibar, an amazing breakfast menu and superb all-inclusive food and drink, an awesome restaurant, a Day of the Dead altar touch, an exceptional walkable dining-rich location, and warm name-knowing staff whose concierge supplied endless activity ideas. One dissent: the rooms run small and the included breakfast was too simple to be filling — middling value in that guest's view.
