“Midtown's palace stay”
Amazing at Christmas, Lotte New York Palace is a really great beautiful stay: a super clean lovely convenient room, delicious breakfasts, fantastic pre-check-in room access and an unbeatable thirty-sixth-floor view and location. Serious complaints though: one guest reported an uncleaned toilet and unfixed scale despite telling housekeeping, an old-looking carpet, no in-room coffee or tea, a weak minifridge — and a severe double-charge report alongside very inflated rates and worsening cleaning.
