“Lotte Guro's split”
Lotte City Hotel Guro is a nice pretty-good stay for most — a quiet new neighborhood near the metro with delicious local food and bars around, a well-cleaned decent-size comfortable room that gave one guest very good sleep, friendly staff, and a Seoul stay guests would repeat. Caveats though: facilities run older and the signage reads Korean three-star, and one guest felt the attitude toward Chinese guests was cool — only smiles and politeness earned normal replies — describing a corridor-end room assignment, a forgotten meal card during a swap, and an elevator-adjacent noisy replacement.
