Punthill Tuggeranong is a well-appointed clean stay — very clean cozy rooms with comfortable beds, a great location and setup for snow-bound school-holiday groups, a game-changing option to connect two rooms for families traveling together, a day-of warning and fix when a trio's accessible king apartment double-booked across apps, and a thank-you-worthy Kerry. Caveats though: a dissent found basically no service — room service ran very late and a three-o'clock arrival could not check in until over an hour past the two-o'clock time despite the two-o'clock check-in.
