“Top-tier Chicago stay, pool aside”
The Langham Chicago sits opposite Trump Tower within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park and the cruise piers, and guests rank it alongside the Peninsula as the city's best — spacious, luxurious suites and wonderful club-level food and drink for adults and kids. Two real complaints stand out: the pool water was murky with debris and the hot tub carried a dark waterline of grime, and hardware issues struck one stay — a cold room with a failed heater, a leaking toilet and a flooded shower. The afternoon-tea restaurant was also called extremely poor once.
