“Ku'damm's pool stay”
On a superb great location an easy walk from the Ku'damm shops, the Memorial Church, the zoo and transport — better value than the trendier areas with many amenities and restaurants nearby — Hotel Palace Berlin is an enjoyed great stay: a nice freshly-renovated-feeling room, a wonderful pool and spa bonus the kids loved and a central calm. A serious pan though: one room carried a lot of dust, nobody ever appeared at the promoted concierge desk and check-in and out were a nightmare; another found the room slightly warm, winter AC can't cool, and the pillow uncomfortable.
