Faubourg 21 is a small-but-perfectly-formed luxury boutique ten minutes from Brussels Centraal — spotless beautifully-designed rooms with big beds and solid soundproofing, a brand-new immaculate gym, the hidden-treasure Bar21, a memorable fresh-croissant breakfast, lovely room service, and attentive knowledgeable staff; the airport transfer is a long lovely car. Two honest notes: a street-side room heard every car plus festival noise, and one guest did find hair — though disposables covered it.
