“Florence hospitality at its warmest”
The Place Firenze is a small, refined five-star on a perfect-location piazza — clean, beautiful rooms with Dyson dryers, quality linens and pretty colors; rooms run small, the only caveat named. The people define it: Paulo, Lili, Sophia, Alejandro and Omar make guests feel royal, and one staff member chased a forgotten laptop to the train station in time. Drinks and snacks are exemplary, the restaurant's dinner lovely — worth visiting even without a room. Hundred-point scores recur.
