“Lotte St Petersburg's warm service”
Lotte Hotel St. Petersburg is an excellent high-service St Petersburg hotel — clean comfortable rooms good for business trips, fine restaurants, a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views, repeat guests who always find it on top, and an Asian-hotel warmth one guest preferred over colder competitors. The dissent: the rooftop food was tasteless and expensive, breakfast berries carried a charge, and one guest mocked the sparkling wine.
