“Beautiful Bloomsbury boutique, one dispute”
L'oscar London is an extraordinary-looking boutique with repeat fans: spotless rooms served twice daily, a set-menu English breakfast called the best guests have had, staff warmth even through translation apps, honoured VIP perks including upgrades and food credits, and a named team member who cared for one couple from arrival to departure. One stay turned sour, though: a front-desk manager refused an extra bed the booking site listed, demanding a steep nightly upgrade — resolved through the agent but leaving a never-return verdict. Also, it sits right on the road with no parking at the door.
