Is Lotte Hotel Moscow good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Lotte Moscow's grand polarizing stay”
Lotte Hotel Moscow splits reviewers. Admirers cite a great location and atmosphere, large clean comfortable rooms, excellent friendly professional staff, and a superb full leisure setup — big comfortable pool, spa, saunas, massages and restaurants — plus breakfasts called the world's tastiest. A severe dissent from a serial five-star guest calls it Moscow's worst, citing a dirty room, rude security and breakfast waiters who never brought drinks; another got an unmovable smoking room as non-smokers, and one found the minibar locked.
