“Principe di Piemonte's classic luxury”
Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is a classic European five-star on Viareggio's sea-view avenue — stunning modern-art decor, spotless lovely rooms, a fabulous rooftop pool with bar and restaurant where the maitre d' and pool team earn praise (Vicki singled out), a Michelin-lauded restaurant, and possibly the world's best breakfast buffet (Abigail thanked). Longtime guests since the 1960s still find it beautiful. One returning note: the rooftop bar's service and nibbles slipped on a recent visit.
