“Paradise-level ambassador service”
Tortuga Bay inspires near-rhapsodic reviews: guests call it paradise and say it tops other wonderful hotels they have visited. The service model earns particular love — each stay comes with an assigned ambassador, and staff are named again and again for kind, responsive, dedicated care, including a room upgrade with a view that moved one guest to tears. The grounds are described as majestic and serene, with hammocks, immaculate villas, a beautiful beach setting and restaurants like La Yola singled out. One couple liked it enough to plan their wedding there.
