Is Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa Interlaken good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Victoria Jungfrau's grand split”
Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa Interlaken is called one of the world's best — an excellent location, stunning views, top-notch facilities including a large comfortable sauna, fantastic Italian-restaurant waiters, and high-end rooms and food. Caveats though: the front-door and concierge team drew a substandard note — faces glued to screens, oblivious to arrivals — and a severe report describes refused cancellation or refund when a war forced a trip cancellation, the only hotel of their trip to refuse.
