“Eden Roc's lakeside”
Hotel Eden Roc is a fabulous stay and one of the best places to relax and eat well — a beautiful stunning location right on the lake with lawn vistas, spectacular resort grounds and pools, convenient walks around the local town, a fabulous boathouse restaurant serving lunch through dinner with exquisite outdoor dining nearly every meal, a lake-view breakfast, a quiet serene lovely spa, safe reliable mountain bikes for great rides, wonderful service including Andrea's warm welcome with drinks and people-watching, and clean calm rooms. Caveats though: the Italian opulent furnishings and rooms felt slightly dated to one guest.
